Using the site

Bookings, orders and gift cards
Table reservations, function enquiries, online orders and gift card purchases are handled by third-party providers linked from the site. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review before purchasing.
We take care to keep menus, pricing, event details and opening hours accurate, but these can change without notice. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance, and availability is always subject to confirmation by the relevant venue.
Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, photography, logos, venue names and design, is owned by or licensed to Rabble Group and is protected by copyright and trade mark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
